ROCK HILL, SC—Laquanda Dawkins has resigned as assistant coach for the Winthrop women’s basketball team to become the new head coach at Southern Poly State University (Ga.).
Dawkins served as an assistant coach for the Winthrop women’s basketball program the past four seasons.
