2010: Named Third Team Preseason All-American as a catcher by Louisville Slugger.

2009:
Set career-highs in batting average (.348), home runs (14) and runs batted in (53), while earning First Team All-Big South Conference honors. Played in 58 games with 57 starts, primarily as a designated hitter. Led the team in homers, RBI, slugging percentage (.612) and total bases (139). Ranked 10th in the Big South in hits (79), third in home runs, tied for sixth in runs batted in, second in total bases and sixth in slugging percentage. Was named Big South Conference Player of the Week on Mar. 23. Had 23 multiple hit games, a team-best 16 multiple RBI games and a season-best 10-game hitting streak. Had home runs against teams like Southern California, two in one game against Coastal Carolina and North Carolina. Homered in three straight games against North Carolina A&T, the Tar Heels and Liberty. Went 2-for-3 with four RBI and a home run against VMI on Apr. 26. Was named to the Big South Conference All-Tournament Team. Is currently 10th all-time in career home runs. 

2008:
Named Freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball and Ping! Baseball, and earned Second team All-Big South Conference honors after leading the team with 13 home runs (tied with Daniel Carte for most by a freshman) and second in RBI with 39 and a .287 batting average. Started in 57 of his games played and also had 13 doubles and three stolen bases. Hit a solo home run against St. John’s in only his second game as an Eagle. Had an 11-game hitting streak from April 16 to May 3 which also saw him have a season-high four RBI against Charleston Southern. Homered in every game of the series against UNC Asheville and Charleston Southern.

High School:
Was a three-time First Team All-Conference selection. Received the Babe Ruth Sportsmanship Award. Voted to the All-Northeast Ohio State Team as a senior. Voted to the Babe Ruth All-World Team.

Personal:
The son of Ed and JoAnn Rohan, Eddie is a Sport Management major who enjoys fishing, and plans on playing professional baseball after graduation. His favorite food is Moe’s burritos, and Sports Illustrated is his favorite book. Manny Ramirez is his favorite athlete.
